At Perceptum Education, we recognize that life’s unpredictabilities can lead to missed lessons.

To ensure continuity in learning and the comfort of all students, we’ve established the following guidelines:

Scheduling
It’s the student’s or parent’s responsibility to organize a makeup lesson.

Advance Booking
Presently, makeup class bookings are available up to 7 days in advance.

Timing
Makeup lessons, either at the centre or online, should be completed within the week of the missed lesson.

Online Option
Experience the convenience of our online classes! Flexible timings, no travel needed, and the same quality of instruction.
This is an excellent alternative, allowing students to catch up on missed lessons from the comfort of home.

Onsite Option
If you’re considering an in-person makeup lesson, please submit the provided form at least 24 hours ahead of the class.

Availability
NOTE: If the desired makeup class isn’t listed in the form options, it means it’s fully booked.
We urge you not to attend unlisted class; unbooked students, unfortunately, will be turned away due to lack of space.

Refund Policy
Fees for missed lessons are non-refundable and won’t be prorated.
