THE PERCEPTUM GROUP ENROLMENT AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into by and between the student and parent/guardian (hereafter referred to as “you”) and The Perceptum Group, which comprises entities operating under the following names:
- Perceptum Education Pte. Ltd.
- Scienstien Pte. Ltd.
- Perceptum Pte. Ltd.
- Perceptum Maths Pte. Ltd.
- Perceptum Education (Secondary) Pte. Ltd.
- Perceptum Academy
Hereinafter referred to as “Perceptum”, “the Perceptum Group”, or “we”. By registering for our classes and accessing the services provided, including the Perceptum Heartbeat online forum, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
COURSE FEES
P3 classes: $320 (exclusive of GST) for a term of 8 lessons
P4 classes: $400 (exclusive of GST) for a term of 8 lessons
P5 to S2 classes: $520 (exclusive of GST) for a term of 8 lessons
S3 & S4 classes: $560 (exclusive of GST) for a term of 8 lessons
GST will be applied at the prevailing rates effective from 1 January 2023.
No deposit, registration, or materials fees will be levied. Students enrolling mid-term will have their fees pro-rated. Those signing up during the last 4 weeks of a term will be billed for both the current and subsequent terms.
PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted payment methods include Direct Bank Transfer, PayNow, and Cheque. Please ensure payments are made separately unless they are for the same account. Over-the-counter bank payments are not accepted.

CONDUCT OF CLASSES
Perceptum retains the discretion to modify class arrangements, including transferring students, altering schedules, changing instructors, or moving to online formats. We will endeavor to provide written notice for significant changes. Although we aim to accommodate student preferences, we cannot guarantee specific class times or instructors.
PERCEPTUM HEARTBEAT ONLINE FORUM
Perceptum Heartbeat is our dedicated platform for lesson materials, academic support, and important announcements. Users must maintain respectful conduct. All content remains the intellectual property of Perceptum. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited. Personal data shared is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
VIDEO RECORDING POLICY
Availability: Video recordings of lessons are provided exclusively for students who miss a scheduled class.
Duration: Recordings are available for 30 days from the date of the missed lesson.
Usage & Privacy: These recordings are for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Unauthorized distribution or recording is strictly prohibited.
MATERIALS REQUEST POLICY
Eligibility: Students can request for reissuance of materials only from lessons for which they have registered and paid.
Duration of Availability: Materials from a term are accessible for 60 days post-term.
Notice: Requests may take up to 14 working days to process.
POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR POLICY
All members of the Perceptum community are expected to uphold the principles of respect, responsibility, and safety. Non-compliance with these principles may lead to disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of enrollment.
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
To request a withdrawal or refund, submit a written notice. Refunds are calculated pro-rata and are contingent on attendance of at least 4 lessons and one week’s notice. Approved refunds will be processed within 21 working days.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS POLICY FOR 2024
No Lessons and No Fees: New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Haji, Christmas Day
Online Makeup Lessons with Fees: National Day, Hari Raya Puasa
Normal Lessons: All other public holidays
DATA PROTECTION
By enrolling with Perceptum, whether attending classes on-site or online, and by accessing Perceptum Heartbeat, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy found at: https://perceptumeducation.com/privacy-policy/
TERMINATION
Perceptum reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment and access to services of any student or user who breaches the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
