AY2027 Priority Registration & Class Requests

Use this form if you would like to:

select a class because no direct follow-up class was reserved;
change a reserved class;
add another subject;
withdraw from a subject;
ask for help with a class arrangement; or
register a sibling of a current Perceptum student.

If all the reserved AY2027 classes stated in your email are correct, you do not need to submit this form.

Please submit one form for each child.

For students entering Junior College 1 who are interested in H2 Mathematics, please use the separate J1 H2 Mathematics Priority Registration form.

Priority deadline: Friday, 18 September 2026, 11.59 p.m. SGT

Some classes listed in this form may be full and available only for waitlist.

Submitting this form does not confirm a class placement.

We will review your request and send the class arrangement and payment instructions separately.

Your place is confirmed once payment is received by the stated deadline.
