This form is for current Secondary 4 Mathematics students who may continue with Perceptum for J1 H2 Mathematics in January 2027.

A J1 H2 Mathematics place is not automatically reserved. Please use this form to register for a class, indicate your interest, or let us know that your child does not plan to continue.

If your child’s JC later does not allow them to take H2 Mathematics, we will provide a full refund for one term, even if lessons during that term have been attended.
