At Perceptum, we believe the most important quality in a teacher is a genuine care for students and their learning.
Our teachers bring strong subject knowledge and experience to the classroom, but good teaching is more than knowing the content. It means explaining clearly, noticing when a student is struggling, being patient enough to try another approach, and giving students the confidence to keep going.
We want our students to know that their teachers are on their side. Whether they need another explanation during class, extra academic support, or help when they get stuck during revision, our teachers are there to guide them.

Kevin founded Perceptum with a belief that good Mathematics teaching should develop both understanding and independence. A former HOD of Mathematics and PSLE Presiding Examiner, he continues to shape Perceptum’s curriculum and teaching approach, with a strong focus on mathematical thinking, problem-solving and supporting students beyond the lesson.
