🎥Everyday Voucher
1. Valid for online purchase with Voucher Code(s) on GV website via www.gv.com.sg, GV mobile app (iGV).
2. Each Voucher Code may be used to redeem one(1) standard movie ticket.
3. The Voucher Code is not applicable to the premium priced films/halls (eg. 3D films, ATMOS, D-Box, Gold Class, Gemini, etc.), group bookings, film marathons, film festivals and premieres.
4. The Voucher Code is not applicable for purchases made at automated ticketing machines.
5. The Voucher Codes are valid for all shows and sessions excluding eves of and on the public holidays.
6. The Voucher Codes are not for sale and are not refundable. These Code(s) will not guarantee seating and can only be used as a redemption/discount on standard movie ticket(s) purchased online or via iGV.
7. A prevailing convenience fee per transaction applies for tickets purchased online and via iGV. This fee covers the administration, development and maintenance required to provide this convenient service to GV’s patrons.
8. Voucher Code(s) may be used to purchase a movie screening at a later date, but before the expiry date of the Voucher Code(s).
9. Expired Voucher Code(s) will strictly not be accepted and no extension of Voucher Code(s) will be entertained.
10. A max of 4 Voucher Code(s) can be used in a single transaction.
Perceptum’s Redemption Process for Digital Goods
1. Add the product(s) you wish to redeem to the cart. You should have sufficient reward cards to redeem the items you want.
2. Check out the cart. Ensure that the email address is correct before checking out the cart. Perceptum will not re-issue or refund digital products sent to the wrong email addresses.
3. Submit your reward card(s) to our admin staff to redeem the product(s).
4. The digital product will be sent to the email you provided within a week after the reward card(s) are submitted.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to redeem your digital product. Bear in mind that digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
