Within the context of this Notice: “you” predominantly refers to parents, guardians, students, or any individual who (a) has engaged with us through any means to inquire about any goods or services we offer, or (b) has entered into, or may enter into, a contract with us for the provision of any goods or services. “personal data” is defined in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and encompasses any data or information concerning you, the parents, guardians, or students, from which identification is feasible directly from the data or in conjunction with other information accessible to Perceptum.
RIGHTS OF MINORS AND GUARDIANS
Where the subject of the personal data is a minor, the rights and obligations set forth in this notice shall be exercisable by the minor’s guardian or parent on their behalf.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as it fulfills its intended purpose, for a maximum period of 8 years or as mandated by applicable laws. After this period, we will ensure the data is no longer identifiable or relevant.
