How the Program Works

  1. Share sincerely
    Tell a friend about your Perceptum experience. No spam or pressure.

  2. Friend signs up (choose one path)
    At registration, they must pick Student Referral.

  1. Enter referrer details (at sign-up only)
    They must enter your: Full Name + Mobile Number + School.
    No retroactive changes after submission.

  2. Immediate benefit for your friend
    They receive 10% off their first-term fee per Secondary/JC subject enrolled at sign-up
    (not combinable with other promos).

  3. Minimum enrolment
    Your friend stays 8 lessons in good standing (fees current; trial/make-up-only packages don’t qualify).

  4. Verification & reward
    We verify the referrer (first valid entry on the form applies; we may contact either party if needed).
    Your reward is processed within 21 days after the 8th lesson.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility
    Referrer: current Perceptum Secondary/JC student in good standing.
    Referred: new to Perceptum Secondary/JC; no enrolment/active contact in past 12 months.
    Renewing current students (incl. those registering for AY2026) are excluded.

  • Registration requirement 
    Referred student must list the Referrer’s Full Name + Mobile Number + School at sign-up; no retroactive claims.

  • Minimum enrolment 
    Referred student completes 8 lessons in good standing (fees current; no arrears).

  • Counting & benefits 
    Per referred Secondary/JC student counts as one referral.
    Friend: 10% off first-term fee per subject at sign-up (Secondary/JC only).

  • Equivalence rule 
    “Equivalent” means a comparable product or tuition-credit alternative pegged to prevailing local RRP at time of issuance; Perceptum determines final equivalence, models/colours and substitutions based on availability.

  • Issuance & redemption 
    Rewards processed within 21 days post-verification; non-transferable; not redeemable for cash.
    Manufacturer warranty per retailer/manufacturer.

  • Stacking & conflicts 
    No stacking with Parent Referral or other referral promos. 

  • Limits & clawback 
    Annual cap: 12 successful referrals per academic year per student. If a referred student withdraws/dismissed before 8 lessons, the referral is void; any tuition-credit alternative issued may be reversed.

  • Conduct & integrity 
    No spamming/canvassing, misrepresentation, or side incentives.
    Violations void eligibility.
    Perceptum may decline/suspend/revoke rewards for suspected abuse or non-compliance.

  • Privacy & jurisdiction 
    Data used solely to administer the program in Singapore; parent/guardian consent required for minors.

  • Start date 
    1 Oct 2025 (Singapore). Applies to new friends now and those enrolling for AY2026 (starts end-Oct 2025) onwards if they are new to Perceptum Secondary/JC.

  • Changes & disputes 
    Perceptum may modify or terminate with notice on our website.
    Disputes resolved by Perceptum administration; decisions are final.
